"Wonderful property - our first stay here and will definitely return here when in Warwick again. The room was very spacious and the king bed was super comfortable. Very clean room, easy off street parking straight out front our room. Reception staff were very friendly on our arrival and accommodating wi the any questions we had. Thank you Coachman’s Inn Warwick we will be back and recommend to other family and friends."

A very nice lounge with a log fire , dining area and a lovely breakfast cooked by Leone , you will love it here just like your own home and excellent hospitality , free parking also included . "Small number of units is a good idea. My room was faultless. Layout good. Cost more than others around I think and I would suggest supply a small breakfast tray of cereal etc for guests. "

"We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. "Far enough to feel like you're alone in nature, close enough to Stanthorpe that it isn't a hassle to go out. Dinner meals were all fantastic. Sunday warm breakfast was great, sadly they don't do it every day. Room was clean. Saw Kangaroos and some lovey fish in the pond."
