A perfect country getaway for our family, with well appointed cottages and common area cabin. Great for a family retreat and would be even better with multiple families /groups to maximise use of the cabin.

Peaceful and quaint. Hosts were welcoming and helpful about tourist areas to visit. Good information in cottage folders.
Tony & Kerryn take great care to provide guests with everything necessary for a relaxed, warm, country getaway and offer plenty of assistance with good recommendations for local activites. Their attention to detail is excellent. Cabins, creekside setting and outdoor bonfire for pleasant evenings under the stars. Design of our cabin was perfect for two couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return when next in Stanthorpe.

The cottage was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were new and modern. There were new air conditioning units in both the bedrooms and the lounge room and also a lovely open fire with plenty of wood. The water pressure was excellent for our showers and it was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was convenient with town only a few minutes drive away or you could walk along by the creek. The setting was peaceful and very scenic. Our cottage (Tea Tree) was near the creek and our teenagers had a lovely time playing by the creek. There were lots of thoughtful touches including board games and movies at reception and lovely eco-friendly toiletries. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend - 5 stars! We can’t wait to come back.
What a wonderful stay! Amazing. The location was stunning, peaceful, relaxing. Cottege with set in rural environment, Hosts Stephen and Taya were lovely people very helpful.
A great place to stay.
We highly recommend Diamondvale Cottages. Steve and Taya are very good friendly and efficient hosts. We stayed in Tea Tree Cottage which is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The cottage is completely self contained with a full kitchen and laundry. The property is very well maintained and in a quiet spot in walking distance, along the creek, to Stanthorpe centre. Well located for visiting the National Parks, Wineries, Cafes and Restaurants. The property has an abundance of wildlife and birdlife. We will certainly return here on our next visit to the Granite Belt.
My wife and I stayed in the Forget-Me-Not cottage at Diamondvale Cottages on the first night of a driving holiday from Brisbane to Sydney. It's a pity we could not have stayed longer. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and included many useful appliances and thoughtful extras. The owners were very hospitable. One nice touch was that the fire in the wood-burning heater had been set and lit by the time we arrived in the late afternoon. We were very impressed with Diamondvale Cottages and would like to stay there again sometime.
Great hosts Stephen and Taya, they were a wealth of knowledge helping us with places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable, would definitely recommend staying there.
Wonderful cottages set in a rural environment but only a few kms from Stanthorpe. We loved the heritage trail walk. We met and fed the horses and chooks. Lots of kangaroos and birdlife.Lovely creek. Hosts Stephen and Taya were lovely people. Made us feel so special. We will definately be staying there again
So o o relaxing. Peaceful bush surrounds, wallabies, wallaroos grazing close by, wonderful hosts. So close to town as well. Ideal base to explore the region. Our 3rd stay.
Nice cosy cottages away from the main town center but close enough for convenience. Comfy beds and pillows, kitchenette has everything you would need.
Very friendly and helpful owners offer excellent advise on where to go, eat and try fine Stanthorpe wines. Look for those wonderful local produce and taste cheese, fruits and vegetables the way they should be !
Great reception staff and hosts. Only thing wrong was the weather. We wanted a cool getaway to escape the hot weather. Bad timing because of heat wave. Lovely spot and the party hut is great for evening get together's. Last time we stayed at the lodge which accommodates larger groups. The cottages are fine for couples though, and we will go back, but in the winter. Highly recommend this property
This is our new favourite retreat! Everything from the moment we arrived to the Anzac slice and note from Stephen and Taya upon our departure made this such a beautiful getaway. Diamondvale - you deserve so much more than 5 stars!
Ideal location with the perfect hosts.
A warm and friendly environment, close to all amenities, wineries and national parks and look forward to our return visit.
Cant fault a single thing here! wonderful staff, beautiful setting just out of town. Cottages have everything you need and are comfortable and clean. Loved it, will go back
This is our second stay at Diamondvale and on this occasion we stayed in the Forget Me Not Cottage. The highlights for us were the heritage walk into the town and having a leisurely bar-be-que near the water.
Our cottage was very well appointed with all our needs catered for. The location was stunning, and our hosts bent over backwards to help us with local information. We enjoyed sitting in front of the log file and waking up to the sounds of silence. From the shared bbq hut to freshly laid eggs, it was a delight to stay at Diamondvale.
What a wonderful stay! Such hospitality! The fire was lit and had warmed our little cottage nicely when we arrived. The amenities were fantastic. An overall perfect stay.
We had the cute "forget me not" cottage, well away from the town but still easy walking distance along the creek. The hosts were so helpful but not in your face, nothing is too much trouble.
We will definitely return when the snow is on the ground and we can taste more wine around a roaring fire.
