"Spa only had 3 or 4 loungers which was disappointing as chairs and table on other side was not easy to access. Sauna and steam room small but okay. Outside lounge area was nice for pastries and coffee. Breakfast is good had a great variety. Serve was friendly but not intrusive which made up for the rest. "Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened. The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."

"I was disappointed with our stay at Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. Check-in was very slow, and there were groups of teenagers hanging around the lobby which didn’t create the best first impression.
