"Took my partner away here we stayed here for 2 nights. On arrival staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking here is expensive but if you park on Compair crescent which is near (5 min walk) by it’s a lot cheaper saved myself £15.00. Convience stores are very near for your essentials. 1 Lifts was working on day we arrived and other was out of order. Then the other lift went down so had to use stairs in end for rest of our stay,which was ok but on departure we had to carry everything up and...

"Helpful receptionist, room was clean, hotel is a bit dated but for one night stop it fitted into our itinerary just right."

"In need of a face lift! Dated and tired, but clean and presentable. It just felt it had seen better times and desperately needed some love and some cash. Car park is scruffy, and unmaintained. Food is acceptable and the coffee is ok. WiFi not the best, but the bed was comfy."

"Great friendly staff, nice touch for the kids... they were given a voucher ea to to choose beteen, a cold drink, a hot choc with marshmallowsor an ice-cream from the bar. Slso free fizzy drinks, crisps and kitkats in the mini-fridge in tge room were nice touches. The only downer for the hotel as a whole was that there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom or the bar area and so the environment was fairly hot and stuffy."
