"My husband Matthew and l arrived at the hotel early evening. It had been a very long, hot tiring day. I explained that we had booked additional on the Friday due to having to do some meetings for work, as well as the Saturdays original booking. I asked if we could stay in the same room for 2 nights. Ahmed who had greeted us ,was AMAZING, and sorted all that out for us , and made sure we had a room with air con. Professional, warming and welcoming , nothing was to much trouble. Amazing other...

"We had the Elgar suite which was large with a huge bed tub chairs tv complimentary drinks. The bathroom had a bath with shower over. Check in very quick .Staff very friendly . The buffet breakfast was lovely with big choice. The cooked breakfast was extremely good. We stayed two nights and really pleased with room and service we will visit again."

"A lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. Reception was excellent and the hotel set it beautiful grounds with abundant wildlife wandering around the onsite golf course. The spa facilities and gym were well up to date and not crowded on our visit. The breakfast was outstanding and we ate in the bar lounge in the evening with a more than adequate menu. All in all a very chilled and relaxing stay. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful in every way!! Its clean the rooms are clean its spotless. The staff are all wonderful and understanding, helpful. I really cant speak highly enough about the hotel and its staff. Its so homely got a lovely atmosphere. Its just wonderful love it so much!!!!"

"We stayed in the 1 bed cottage in the hotel complex. It was very comfortable and very clean. We didn’t need cleaning daily but they still left the refill of coffee, teabags, water etc for us which is very useful. Parking can be a bit tricky but we managed to find a space usually after 5pm. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in town centre."
