"Stayed in Santa Teresa by the beach for 4 days for a vacation. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I enjoyed being in this hotel. Directly next to the best surfing beach, clean, new, I reserved the suite with ocean view, every thing was just perfect. Breakfast every day included. "The rooms were moldy, and out dated. We had to switch rooms twice because of the mold in one room was unbearable especially since out children are asthmatic. The next room's AC didn't cool as much. The bathrooms had hard water everywhere. My room got cleaned probably one time since I've been there and I stayed 10 days with my family. There was limit english speakers or translators.
