"Registration staff Chris was very pleasant and helpful. As was the young lady who broke her leg.
Our room was large and quiet . We were surprised not to have a mini fridge.
The cleaning service was just OK. We had to request toilet paper and Kleenex and make our own bed."
"When we checked in we were put in a room where all you could hear was all of the cars on the motorway. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because we could keep the windows closed and turn on the AC. Well there is no AC at this property. We did not know that. The receptionist said we'll I can refund your money. That is when the gentleman that was working with her offered us a different room without all of the traffic noise. We put the fan on by the window to bring in cool air.

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The lift was not functional when we were there so we had to use the lift that the employees use which was located in a back room and was dingy. The beds were very soft for our liking but overall the hotel was beautiful."

Bagno molto grande con due lavandini, vasca e doccia, Sarebbe stato più utile per una famiglia che fosse diviso con due wc , avere doccia e vasca nell'unico ambiente inutile. Bello stesso spazio entrano due bagni .Uno dei due lavandini gocciava tutta la notte e non è stato sistemato in tempo per il resto pulizie buona. La moquette nel corridoio esterno del piano...
