"Air conditioning in the East tower stopped working during the night. There was a constant clunking noise all throughout the night. They had to move me but after I complained about the AC. I reported the noise but nothing was done. The customer service shown by the front desk and manager was not the quality that one would have expected from an Omni hotel. Totally disappointed!"

"Valet is gone. Self park and walk. Wasn’t expecting that at $500/night. Poor shower pressure. Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back. Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni."

"The room was ok, but not great cleaned. I’ve found a to go box with leftover food next to the window. :( Coffee station at the lobby was very dirty. I didn’t even feel like having a cup of coffee. It looks like they didn’t clean this area in a while. Pretty disgusting."

"Definitely worth the price. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Picture reflect what the hotel actually looks like. Only complaint was the elevator was slow but honestly that wasn’t a big deal."
