"Wonderful Riad! Beautiful, clean, and outstanding service. Location is perfect inside the Medina, close to the souk and walking distance to touristic spots. Breakfast was delicious! Front desk personnel were extremely helpful and kind. Great stay for a perfect Moroccan experience!"

"Nothing was really unique about this property as it’s a typical all-inclusive resort. The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. We had to switch rooms because we stayed in additional night upon check-in and they couldn’t keep us in the same room although they could’ve accommodate us they chose not to. Again the front desk staff was very rude the Bell man were not helpful they just stood around and looked at you while you tried to navigate where to put your luggage and what to do. I would...

"Great location, lovely hotel and spa, staff super friendly."

"A quick 1-night stay near the beautiful Marrakech train station, passing through from Rabat to being picked up for our glamping trip in the Sahara. Room was adequate; very clean. Street traffic outside room window was loud and busy - as expected. One suggestion would be to install blackout curtains as the thin sheers currently being used block out very little street light."

"Breakfast was not good. room was very basic with no hairdryer, kettle etc. shower was rusty. had to request towels for bathroom as none were left after cleaning. and it took them ages to replace them. Staff at reception were not helpful at all. The lady at the tourist desk was very pleasant and helpful. She helped to make things better for us. Would not return to this hotel or recommend it."
