"The location is great. The staff was very helpful and recommended a nice dinner restaurant. The property is old - we found the bathroom particularly problematic as the shower was very difficult to get out of and very narrow. There are also lots of stairs and the elevator does not reach all floors. The staff offered to help but you still have to navigate all the stairs for getting to breakfast."
"Amazing location, phenomenal value including breakfast, the staff was amazing they know you by name and very clean and quiet. Can’t beat this place. Very safe area and highly recommended."
"Well kept older hotel, great location 5 mn from Duomo, good breakfast and friendly staff. Room size was ok, didn't love showing up to Twin beds when I booked queen online. Bathroom was smaller than some cruise ships we've been on."
"Valentina was amazing at helping us check in or any needs we needed during our stay. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop view. We would stay here again on our next trip to Florence."
"The staff was very helpful, especially Laura. The breakfast buffet was very convenient. The location is also convenient -- walking distance to the train station and major sites. The hotel offers clean, basic accommodations rather than fancy decorations or amenities."
"If you are driving in Italy this is the best place to stay. Easy in and out with on site parking, zero stress! Easy walk into the heart of Siena. The staff were wonderful and the rooms clean."
