"We loved this hotel and it's people during our stay. We were right in the middle of the old town of Florence and could walk anywhere we wanted to tour. The staff was kind and helpful with anything we asked of them. Our room was large, clean, and our window could open so we could hear the street sounds of the old city."
"Enjoyed our stay overall. Room was updated and property was clean. Had an issue with the temp of our room that the staff wasn’t able to resolve, even after a couple of attempts. Location was good - just a couple of stops away from the train station on the streetcar."
"Renovated hotel. Rooms were large and bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to the train and to major sites in Venice. Complementary breakfast was good, had a variety for all tastes."
"What a great location! This was in the heart of Florence and easily walkable to all of the things that we wanted to see for our short night day. The breakfast was fantastic. The room is facing. The Piazzo were noisy at night, but the music was gone before midnight. The room was quite large! We were very impressed. It was nice that they had coffee and tea available all day long."
"Staff are super helpful and nice and breakfast is excellent. You have everything you need for the function of a hotel. Just remind this is an old building with old infrastructure in the old historical area. Do not expect US infrastructure here."
"The location was excellent as it’s only a short walk to the SMN train station. The breakfast was good with really great coffee. The room size was more than decent and there was enough space to put your things out. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
"This was a very nice hotel. I found it to be clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked. The location was not the best but I expected that as I chose a property near the main railway station.
Overall it had its drawbacks but they were manageable given the situation. I would probably stay there again next time I am in Florence."

El desayuno es bastante sencillo pero suficiente para empezar el día, y se sirve en una sala pequeña a la que hay que acceder por unas escaleras. Si tuviera que mejorar algo creo que sería el desayuno."
"Perfect location so close to the train station. We chose the breakfast option and it was plentiful & delicious. Lots of great restaurants close by. We also did a day trip tour of Florence/Tuscany & our meeting place for our tour guide was at the bus station only 10 minutes walk away."
