"The first room they had us in was very outdated, the AC didn’t work and the bed was rock hard. We were staying for 9 nights. After the first night I went down to the front desk and asked for a room change. They showed me three other rooms and we decided to pay more and upgrade to a pool side bungalow type room with doors to the pool, and doors to the back of the room. That room was much better. The AC worked and they added a cushion to the bed to make it more comfortable. I would recommend...

"The entrance has a lot of mud sometimes. The room is ok, you get what you paid for. They have dogs, and these bark at people and sometimes even try to bite. Nothing against dogs, I love dogs but they should try to control them a bit. I'd nobody of them is around and you cross that area they start barking and try to bite, that is no good . "The breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of options. My original room was on the first floor, it had a horrible smell like sewage. They moved me to a bungalow room which was a lot smaller; and really poor AC. I wasn’t in the room a lot so it wasn’t horrible. The beach wasn’t bad, just not ideal for swimming because of some large waves. The location was the win, I had access to shopping, lots of restaurants and I thought the price to use ride shares and go to other parts of Samui didn’t make...

"Staff great, location to bars restaurants. Mid way on beach can walk both directions. 2 pools small in front if kids there playing can’t enjoy but bigger pool in back. Chairs on beach not great could use update add umbrellas and space further apart would be better. Front corner on left has a leak so if you get those chairs you end up in swamp water, this needs to be addressed. Restaurant good."
