"We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. "The property was great overall. Staff were friendly and did come to sort out a couple issues asap and we really enjoyed our stay. Could do with some TLC to get it to that next level but was a great holiday breakfast isn’t massive choice but was nice. We had a family plunge pool room that have heaps of space and even a good wee gym. Island isn’t massive so only 50mins roughly from airport. Would highly recommend own transport . Would I recommend yes ."

"Good location if you want to be away from crowds & party scene. It is a drive 30-40 minutes to get to more restaurants and action. We loved our stay there. We met the executive chef Nui and she made us a custom dinner focused on shell fish forward. Incredible. All the food on their regular menu was as equally delightful. Highly recommend this resort."

"Perfect place to relax. The room by the pool had a huge terrace, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was big and clean. Nice sunbeds by the beach and pool. The staff was lovely. "

"Myself and my partner had 3 lovely relaxing weeks at villa Topaz. The villa was very private and had nobody overlooking us, which was lovely…. There is an outdoor BBQ which we used a few times. Watched TV outside some evenings which was great! Cooking facilities had everything you need. Pool was fantastic.Our hosts collected us from the airport and sent us places to eat and visit which was a bonus.David kept us informed before we visited his property on any questions i had. He replied very quickly even with the time difference. We enjoyed our stay.. Thank you from Alison and Mick"
