I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I felt it necessary to comment on treatment by some of the staff here. While I don't blame the staff personally—as the Thai people are incredibly hard working and friendly—some employees here seemed miserable or resigned. At times while ordering at the cafe, I felt ignored or met with passive-aggressive silence, even when I was the only customer waiting. It's possible that management, compensation, or another reason is the root cause of low morale, that's only speculation, because I couldn't explain it. I truly feel for the staff, but as a guest, being repeatedly ignored made for an uncomfortable stay. You will need a scooter, b/c it's isolated from anything off site. The property is outstanding, very clean, with stunning views.

We really enjoyed our time here. Hightide the water came right up to the steps by thr pool, the wait staff was lovely, abd the front desk was very helpful Only thing is that there isnt anything around the resort, besides other resorts. If you have a bike or can rent one this place is great. We would come back!

Although we only stayed here for two nights, my sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Escape Beach Resort as the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the restaurant was good for dinner and supper. The only downside of the hotel is it’s location as it’s situated down a very steep hill and some narrow roads which are quite scary to drive on.Taxis also cost more to come pick you up at the hotel as they have to drive down the steep hill. If you do stay there, consider renting a car with the company they are affiliated with as the staff is extremely kind and will send you tips on what to see on the island!

It's calm and right on the ocean panorama infinity pool and value and position that you can't get any where on the island Koh Samui is an expensive island but the resort was a great deal can't refuse I paid $409 Australia dollars including breakfast daily same crystal brook equivalent in Australia you pay $500 a night which I think this lagoon out beat crystal brook in Byron bay by miles in value and location

Wir hatten wirklich die schönste Zeit unseres Lebens dort. Wir sind als muslimisches Paar mit Baby dort für 2 Wochen angereist und haben uns selten wo so willkommen gefühlt. Die Bungalows sind unfassbar schön und sauber, jeweils mit einer eigenen Terrasse und sehr nah am Strand. Das komplette Personal ist unfassbar herzlich, liebevoll und gut gelaunt. Uns wurde bei jedem Anliegen sofort weitergeholfen und unser Sohn wurde mit so viel Liebe aufgenommen und behandelt. Auch im dazugehörigen Restaurant waren wir jederzeit willkommen, der Baby Stuhl wurde direkt bereit gestellt und trotz der ein oder anderen sauerei hatten wir nie das Gefühl zu stören. Der Salzwasserpool mit direkter Lage zum leeren, sauberen Strand war eine absolute entspannungsoase. Trotz dessen, dass wir weder die lokale Religion haben, nicht die Sprache sprechen und auch nicht von dort kommen haben wir uns wohler und willkommener gefühlt als in unserem Heimatland. Vielen Dank an das wundervolle Team!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke waren sehr gut. Ständig gab es stilles Wasser in Hauseigenen Kunststoff-Flaschen. Leider klappte die Kommunikation unter dem Personal nicht so gut: Bestellte Taxis kamen nicht und wir wurden erst viel später informiert, dass wir auf andere Taxis ausweichen müssten. Der Honeymoon-Bungalow war sehr klein und es fehlte ein Tisch und anstelle der Zusatzliege wären 2 Sessel bequemer gewesen.

Die Möglichkeit im Hotel direkt einen Roller zu mieten war super. Es war ruhig, sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Modernes Hotel direkt am Meer mit super Frühstücksauswahl.

Super hyggeligt

Vi var meget glade for vores ophold her. Små hyggelige bungalows. Fin lille pool og meget smuk udsigt. Venligt personale. Morgenmaden var god! Og resten af maden i restauranten var god og til fine priser. Svært at komme væk fra hotellet til fods, men scooter lejes på stedet og så er det ikke noget problem.

Tolle Lage direkt an einem der schönsten Strände Samuis. Moped Verleih direkt bei Rezeption. Moped von Vorteil, da Straßenküchen, Shops, Supermarkt etc. nicht gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Kleiner Shop beim Eingang vorhanden. Zimmer werden täglich geputzt (wenn man möchte). Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für Personen, die Ruhe suchen.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr abgelegen und ist nur mit Auto bzw. Roller über eine sehr Steile Straße zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Honeymoon-Bungalow mit Meerblick gebucht. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist gut, jedoch an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bungalows liegen sehr nah beieinander, trotzdem war es ruhig. Die private Terrasse mit Meerblick ist fantastisch. Man muss sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass man nachts die Wellen des Meeres sehr laut hört. Pool und Restaurant waren gut. Im Restaurant kann man à la carte bestellen. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Shop im Hotel, wo man sich Souvenirs und Snacks kaufen kann. Übrigens kann man sich das T-Shirt kaufen, was die Angestellten tragen ;-) Highlight des Hotels ist sicherlich die Lage am Strandstreifen. Läuft man vom Hotel aus nach rechts, kommt man zum schönen W Beach, von dem man sowohl Bophut, Mae Nam und sogar den Big Buddha in der Ferne sehen kann. Läuft man nach links, kommt man zum Mae Nam Beach mit schönen Palmen und Schaukeln am Strand.

Hôtel propre (je n’ai pas vu de cafards ce qui est un miracle)et très bon service, la chambre est confortable avec bouteille d’eau, café thé offerts tous les jours. Besoin d’être véhiculé pour y accéder (montée et descente) pas assez de transats.
