"I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime for my 10-year-old son. Tokyo, Japan had been his dream destination for years—he saved his allowance, talked about it nonstop, and was beyond excited to finally experience it. After a brutal 30-hour travel day (multiple flights, layovers, and exhaustion), we arrived at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo only to be told our room wasn’t ready. There was literally no seating area for guests waiting...

"Room was clean when we arrived. They do regular cleaning for hygiene reasons. Staff is helpful and polite and it wasn’t hard to communicate with them in english. I enjoyed their free amenities (coffee was good)."
