"Really pleasant and helpful staff. Arrived at 1100 and asked to leave our bags somewhere and were told our room was already ready and we could check in.

Nice bar, with outside seating and lots of shade. Only downside is there looked to be limited breakfast options (but plenty options close by) and no coffee in the room, but all in all an excellent stay."

Possible de payer 20 euros pour le stationnement de l'hôtel ou de laisser une carte d'identité avec de l'argent pour avoir une vignette afin de se stationner plus facilement. Cependant, à un coin de rue, nous avons pu nous stationner gratuitement de 19h à 8h. Il n'y avait pas un service de 24h en cas de pépin. Dans la chambre, il n'y avait pas de coffre-fort ni de petit réfrigérateur."

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner himself is a wonderful person who clearly works very hard.
The view was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also very good, with excellent service, quality food, and fair prices.
The bed was comfortable, although it made some noise. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking and using the bathroom, but it was still tolerable.

"Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to...
