Breakfast was great, catering to anyone gluten, lactose and fructose intolerant- I was in heaven 😍 Hotel staff very friendly, cute family hotel with beautiful natural pool and large rooms. Ora is a very cute town, great access to tons of hiking and biking trails.

Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to stay again.

Amazingly kind staff … especially Mirasaki and her husband Armee at reception were awesome as well as the wonderful waitress at the great and fresh morning breakfast … just stay away from the manager guy … he’s crabby and tense :-) otherwise great hotel !

Sehr nettes Hotel in Auer, mitten im Ort. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schneller Check-in, gutes Frühstück, schöner, gepflegter Garten mit Pool und Liegewiese. Im Hotel gibt’s Getränke und unweit vom Hotel ein paar Restaurants. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.

Schöner Garten mit Pool, gut gelegen in der Stadt. Einfache Zimmer. Leider war es im Zimmer 10 Grad heißer als draußen und es kühlte sich trotz offenem Fenster nicht ab. Schade fand ich es, dass man mir nicht etwas entgegengekommen ist, weil ich aufs Frühstück verzichten musste, da es das erst ab halb acht gab.

Une petit coin de paradis au milieu des dolomites. Un super point de chute pour découvrir les montagnes en moto. Très bon petit déjeuner ! Notre cœur balance encore entre le grand balcon avec vue ou bien la piscine naturelle dans le jardin ombragé. Nous le recommandons à notre entourage !

Ich durfte hier für 4 Nächte bleiben. Die Lage ist perfekt und nach einem wunderbaren und erholsamen Schlaf, bekommt man ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet geboten. Es gibt nichts, was es nicht gibt. Die hausgemachten Kuchen der Chefin waren ein Gedicht. Der Kaffee überragend; genauso wie das Rührei. Das Zimmer, welches einen Balkon hatte, war sehr geräumig und bot alles was man benötigte. Man kann draußen im Garten den tollen Naturpool benutzen und sich erfrischen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank. PS: im Dorf selbst gibt es alles was man benötigt, einen Supermarkt, Restaurant oder auch Freizeitaktivitäten.
