"Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch."

"Very comfortable stay in one of the lodges. Great location with lots to see and do in the area, especially if you like outdoor activities. Snowdon hikes are a 15/30 minute drive away depending on what route you take up the mountain. Having free access to the swimming pool and hot tub is wonderful after a days hiking. Only negative was the quality and quantity of the breakfast was a bit lacking. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Double bed very comfy, single bed far too soft for an adult, fine for a small child. Rooms would benefit from a deep clean. The building is looking tired (visible bubbling on the walls, discoloured plug holes, tatty bed bases) and needs refreshing. For a spa day I would be disappointed, for a base to explore the area it was fine. The pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel."

"Honestly i didnt have high hopes for this place. Was just a little night away so glad we booked it. The rooms were very spacious and clean everything we needed in there aswell. Even tho its by a main road we couldnt hear anything. Check in was quick and easy. We had food an drinks in the bar at sround half 8 food was great fab prices aswell. Cocktails needed abit of work but i think the young bar lady was new so im.sure she will be great eventually. We had breakfast which again was lovely an...
