"Staff were very nice. They always wanted to make sure that our needs were met and everything was ok. Breakfast was delicious. The property was clean. However there were few mosquitoes. They were in the area in general. Also the shower water leaked through the shower door. It was a bit annoying."

"They picked us up from the airport. We were greeted by the staff upon arrival with welcome drink! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and I had a great view of the Pyramids from our room and also the rooftop restaurant and lounge. Ahmed along with the rest of the staff, as well as management, Amr, were very welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again! I loved this place!!!"

"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"We loved the size. We loved the nile view, and being so close to the nile entertainment promenade. The staff, was very friendly and wanted to help. The house cleaning staff were especially great. Value overall is strong. Oh beds and linens were comfortable and clean. But the hotel is old and shabby. The carpeting hard large dark areas, but felt equally soft everywhere.
