"AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "

So I told her I was going to contact help center desk as I can’t pay for the place while I made an online payment . She asked how I will help her if I stayed. I said I was not staying as the place looked so hazardous and Unclean . No wifi and electricity. I opted to stay at kivuline which was great. I liked it 7/10. Great hospitality and clean.
