"I purchase a studio suite, when I checked in, they gave me a regular queen room. I explain to them that this is not the room I purchased. First the worker told me that there was nothing he could do about it since it was purchased through a third party and I needed to contact Expedia. Because the room cost more than what I paid for that's why I got the room they gave me. "Breakfast was fantastic! One of the best complimentary breakfasts I ever had . The room was beautiful , cozy clean- the pillows and bedding so comfortable. Tom Quick Inn exceeded my expectations- and will definitely be staying there again."

"I never got to go I tried to cancel and the hotel told me to call Expedia then I called Expedia and they kept me on the phone for over an hour and then just hung up . I did purchase the insurance and they didn’t even honor that !! Truly disappointing "

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself.
