"The staff, particularly front desk and housekeeping were unhelpful and at times difficult. The place was empty on a Friday afternoon, but they make you wait until exactly 4pm to check in- they couldn't even be a little helpful and accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed for the room- it took 4 hours and at least 5 phone calls. It just didnt seem as if the staff wanted to be helpful. It is as if the word "concierge" doesn't exist, and I don't remember it being that way in the past."

"The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine.
I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there.
My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs
It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime."

"The owner, Marie, was the perfect host. She made every effort to see that we were completely satisfied with our stay.
Her breakfast offerings were delicious and the presentation of the food was exceptional.
We will return."

"The condo was cozy, well equipped for a long weekend getaway and overall just a fantastic time. Loved how close it was to hop right on the slope to granite lift. The only real negative was that lift doesn’t start running till later in the morning but that’s not the fault of the condo. Overall just a wonderful experience and I look forward to being able to book it again in the future! "

"We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least.
