"You can’t beat the location. Couldn’t be more perfect. That alone is worth the stay. The breakfast was not good. In all of the hotels we stayed in Italy, this was the worst. Need to improve the coffee, selection of foods, improve fruit, and other items. But the staff were lovely, we loved our room, and the location was PERFECT!!"

"We loved this hotel. From booking to checking out the communication was top notch. We arrived early and left our bags at reception and went out to explore. We were able to check in after 1pm which was nice to be able to change. The location is perfect: close to great restaurants and shops. We found that the accommodation was tastefully decorated and perfect for three people which is not always easy to find. The air conditioning was also so welcome on a hot day. The lobby always had water, juice...
"This is a small hotel with decent location. Do not expect any luxury, rooms are clean but dated, need some renovation. Breakfast rather poor comparing to other hotels we been during our trip. Depends on your expectation, if you are for a day or two, and most of the time you are out, than its fine. Overall, its clean place, with helpful staff, but very compact."

If you are a person who needs help with luggage stay somewhere else as steps up to elevator are tough. Staff was helpful but I wouldn’t stay here again."
"Reception terrible specially employee working the night shift, was rude and not able to understand our needs like getting us a chair for our bedroom. Woman working during breakfast never said good morning or welcome guests. Requested a rubber mat for shower floor since was slippery, employee at front desk had no idea what was that. Shower head sprayed water all over, needs a new one or a good cleaning. Hotel Golf too far from center. We won’t recommend it."
