"Had a wonderful experience at the reef club. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. We had a lot of fun with water aerobics, stretching exercises , going to the beach. We were visiting during Dia de los Muertos. The reef club made it very special with unbelievable decorations and employee Catrina contest. Laura gave the best birthday massage."

"The staff is not really friendly the balcony was ground level and they had most of the lights, hot tub is for a single person and plus they had no ice machine in the facility might as well book a hostel"

"Dirty , cockroach everywhere, breakfast nothing to eat, terrible…."

"We absolutely love RIU Playacar! ❤️ We are definitely RIU fans, and once again, RIU did not disappoint! Every stay reminds us why we keep coming back. The atmosphere is amazing, the entertainment is fantastic, and there is always something to enjoy. One of our favourite highlights is always the famous RIU White Party!

"Overall great experience. Did have the 2br/2bath with kitchen. Could host 6 easily. The location was perfect for walking, one block from Quinta Avenida, and convenience stores, and 3 to Mamitas Beach. Would def stay again. About a mile from Ado bus stop, also easily walkable."

"Great place to stay, close to everything and I was able to park my car."
