"The location was good. Close to the beach. But you can tell that this is probably owned by a company since it doesn’t seem to show owner’s pride in the space. Moldy blender, not too clean, the sofa was sticky and old and worn. After two nights we found evidence of a rodent who had eaten half a banana and pooped under the sofa bed where my daughter’s boyfriend slept.
