"Breakfast"

"I checked in last minute as the hotel I booked was in an unsafe location and was actually missing the external door. I was traveling with a pet, and the staff were so nice. They understood what happened and were very sympathetic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was clean, safe, I had no problems walking my dog at night."

"Enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was in a great location. It had restaurant and bar with live music. A pool, my room was the closest to the live music and bar. So it was a little loud but other than that, I had a great time"

"There for a beach wedding! Great night sleep and so close to everything!"

"nice place great location great view"

"Our room was nice and the view was beautiful! The front desk staff were really kind especially Javier. We enjoyed using the pool and the beach access. There were two drawbacks; our floor had a leak of some sort and they were trying to dry the carpet. It smelled awful, like mold. Then on Saturday night they hosted some event near the pool and were up partying until after midnight. It was loud, making it difficult to sleep for an early flight."

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was friendly"

"Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. I have only 2 real complaints with the room -...

"Location"

"Really nice hotel. No staff was never a problem. Nice outdoor area and a cool restaurant bar. Quiet neighborhood setting was lovely."

"The innkeeper was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the inn's location is right next to downtown Pensacola. Great overall."

"Property and room are clean and well kept. Staff at front desk can be more attentive and friendlier. Room request were not noted at all and no explanation about anything. Room needs more amenities ie lotion, shower caps. Breakfast can have healthier options ie multigrain breads. Coffee should have medium roast option and temperature should kept hot not warm. Kitchen staff is nice. Thanks."
