"For the price I expected more. The tv took at least a minute to change the channel each time, the bathtub was dirty, and you could hear every single sound from the room next to you. We stayed one night so did not have housekeeping, but at 9am 2 hours prior to the normal checkout we were woken up by housekeeping pounding and screaming in the hallway “housekeeping” over and over. You would have thought they would know what rooms were occupied and what were not."

"Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. But, other parts of the stay were upsetting. The pool was closed the first two days we were there, and this is one reason why we chose this hotel. We brought several families with 5 kids, so not being able to swim in down time put a damper on our stay. We also could never get clean towels. We asked on several occasions, and they kept saying they would bring some. We stayed for 4 nights with 4 people and got 3 new towels the entire stay. The other...

"Perfect location for our soccer event at Creve Coure Soccer Complex. The hotel was really quiet, even though a lot of people were staying there. Breakfast was your normal hot breakfast bar. The staff were all friendly. Only down point was that the 1st floor ice machine wasn't working. Hopefully, they get that fixed soon."

"We stayed in a king suite which was nice overall but it definitely feels a little outdated especially with the bathroom area. The room was clean and the hot tub was nice. They have both indoor and outdoor pool which seems rare these days. Staff was nice and very informative. If they just updated their rooms it would be a 5/5 for sure."

"The room was ok except, the tv remote kept muting the tv. I know people steal alot but i didnit have a directory or anything or even what channels we had . Nothing was left inroom . All in all the breakfast was nit the greatest pancakes worked one day then not the next, alot of sad kids. Bananas brown. Etc. Over all staff up front very friendly and helpful. Also the one's working cleaning rooms very nice. "
