"we enjoyed our stay"

"Absolutely horrible. They claim minimalism in their style, it's more minimal in what we can do to support you as a patron. Asked for help with the check-in since self check-in couldn't locate our name. The gentleman on the floor basically kept dismissing us. After being awake 27 hours was frustrating The room has nothing .. no iron/ironing board, no closet, no where to store clothing. The bed area and bathroom was separated by a sliding glass door. So hearing and smelling your spouse off load...

"Like: well located and clean. Dislike: all automated so no human contact on arrival and I’m not keen on wet-room bathrooms."

"Overall would recommend. The room was clean and the city was easy to reach in not too much time. The building is quite old and there are flaws like the elevators getting stuck and it was a bit hard to find the rooms. Except from that the room are quite modern, clean and big (we were in the family room which was very big). Staff was mostly friendly with one exception when we checked in. I would say since it’s very cheap and huge that’s kind of expected and it was mostly self service which is...
