"Lovely stay"

"quirky is how I describe it and very clean and comfortable very quirky building and a good stocked bar on premises, coffee and tea in the room but a kitchen you can use which is well stocked, the downside which is not a problem with our room (No6) no en suite and no T.V. but thats down to me not looking, the room was fresh and clean and the bed was good and we only used it to sleep in anyway, but its a great place and Simon the owner was a happy chappy we where in Cornwall visiting family so out...

"It was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. In sn excellent spot 5 mins walk from the beach. Only downside was when we were there they had a party of school aged children staying so the dining room was not open to us oand guests like us which meant having to search for somewhere to have breakfast or eat in our room. A mini fridge in the rooms wouldve been a great addition"

"Friendly, clean, with great views when in a seafront room. The car park is a bonus and there was always a parking space when I was going in and out. My only comment was on the middle floor you could hear other guests on the floorboards above. However they could have been baby elephants! Will stay here again"

"My stay would have been excellent if the check in was good. Unfortunately when I arrived there was no one to check me in. I did venture into the ten pin bowling bar area to ask for help and the guy was very rude and extremely unhelpful. He was more interested in his phone than helping me. He has to remember he works in a customer service industry. Luckily, everyone else I came into contact with were very welcoming. "

"The property is slightly outdated but staff tries to keep it in a good condition. My only issue with the room was water pressure in a shower, it was non existent. It was a real challenge to wash all the sand off. The breakfast lady is great, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The reception staff rather distant and hard to find. Property has a great location and has its own parking which helps as the town has almost no parking spaces. It is also super close to the beach. "

"The only downside were the parking facilities. Only 3 spaces. However, apart from that everything was excellent. The food quality and quantity, the friendly staff, the room and facilities were all excellent. Highly recommended."

"Parking was very convenient, and a common area is provided for storing and serving food (refrigerator, microwave, sink). Most of all, the room was spotless, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast excellent."
