"Very cordial, helpful staff!"

"It’s a cool little spot for a quick stay. It’s a little run down, but we just stayed one night and it was fine. The only bad part was that a pipe broke and they had to shut off the water. They didn’t communicate this to us & the reception staff wasn’t answering the phone, we had to step outside and ask around what was happening. Also, they didn’t know when it was going to be fixed, but we had to check out by noon so we left without showering or using the bathroom."

"I stayed here before when it was owned by Sonder. I was a little nervous it might have gone down hill, but was pleasantly surprised it hadn’t. In fact, it was nice and I was glad I stayed there again…and will go back! The rooms are large, the ambiance is fun, the location is off the beaten path, which I liked, but still so close to everything."

"I was staying in this wonderful hotel just a one night. The room was very clean, good maintained, breakfast was delicious, restaurant is very nice. Special appreciation to the staff, I forgot some of my cosmetics in the room, and figured this out just on a next day after my check out. I called the receptionist and asked them about my forgotten item. In one hour later they found the item I had left behind and returned it to me. I’m very appreciate their help!"

"Loved the style of the hotel, pool was clean and gorgeous, staff was friendly and helpful, good vibe, good location, easy parking The room was refreshed, nicely decorated. I found the remotes for the tv and the AC hard to use, and the sheets didn’t seem the cleanest. They could update their pool and room towels. However, I would stay again!!"

"The perfect romantic hotel. Room is cozy. Bed is comfy. Location is amazing. It's right across the street from the casino and you can take the back door and be right on the main Blvd. Close to literally everything. We couldn't check in early but we were able to hang out by the pool. I would absolutely book this hotel again."

"GOOD: 1st, location is in the Village / 2nd, the lobby is quite impressive and pleasing / 3rd, the restaurant attached is pretty good / 4th, the room was very nice, with a little balcony. BAD: 1st, we have stayed in many places in Big Bear and most do not have air conditioning BUT all of them list that on their websites; not Holiday Inn, and being international and most of us that have visited one, they are air conditioned, so the assumption is this one is too. When we checked in, we were told...

Great couples massage. Can’t give this place enough praise. Nice getaway from the city. Will definitely be back."
