"The room was clean and nice. Beds were very creaky every time you moved. Check in was a bit difficult with language issues with the workers but went fairly smooth. Walls and doors were not soundproof at all. You could hear the other guests all night like they were in you room. Getting to Waterpark was a bit confusing due to language issues at check in and with no one to ask at your building. Otherwise it was worth the price and the kids did enjoy the Waterpark although it closed early and it...

"The room was nice but it didn't have a microwave. LOVED the shower & water pressure! The beds were super comfy as well! Property was clean & still smells new!"

"I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing."
