Our villa was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well supplied with all the basics and all modern and updated with granite countertops. There were tvs in both bedrooms and the main living room all in good working order with cable. We ate at Mulligan's which is the restaurant on the property every night and it was delicious with very reasonable prices. The outdoor hot tub was large with separate nooks for sitting and excellent pressure from the jets! It was off season so really quiet but can't wait to go back in the summer!

I love this place. I've been to a lot of timeshares in the Dells and this is my favorite. It's nice having a place to eat on the grounds. Not too far from Walmart where we shop for food, and not too far from the hiking and outdoor experiences we like when up there.

Loved everything about it except the cleaning staff parked in our spot just sitting in their car right in the middle of both cabin spots and then parked us in to stock up the cabin next to us instead of parking in that cabins spot. Was kinda annoying. Otherwise stay was great. We kept hearing a pump going off every 30 seconds even kept us up half the night. Maintenance came and took care of it right away which was awesome. Not sure what it was.

Tv shut off after a few minutes. Had staff come out and troubleshoot fast and was replaced with a new one by the time we got back from dinner. Got overcharged at check in and was a hassle to get refunded by a manager who had the power to do so. The cottage and service though out the stay were top notch!

They called us a lot trying to get us to take some tour to buy a timeshare. Also check out was 10am. Way too early. Then housekeeping came at 9 knocking on the door. Never going back.

I liked the properties location, the cabins looked so nice i enjoyed riding around on my electric scooter. What i didnt like was the inside of our cabin, it smelled old and not clean with a musty smell. It felt humid and the couches and table felt dirty. My son and husband went to the indoor pool and the next day my 7 year old has his first pink eye, we werent able to do anything the second day bc we didnt want him to contaminate anyone, Maybe from the pool? Cant say for sure but I'm sure that water was contaminated.

Property was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location. We had a small water leak under our kitchen sink that no one noticed for a while. When we went in for the night @ 9pm we noticed our carpet was soaked in the hallway and the cottage had a musty smell. The leak was fixed within 30 minutes but we were stuck with a musty cottage that had wet carpet. I was also a little disappointed that the indoor pool was closed, it wasnt mentioned anywhere online that it was closed for maintenance and we didnt know until we showed up to the pool in our suits to find out there was no water in it. Im on a medication that limits my sun exposure right now so I cant enjoy the outdoor pools like most can. The staff was very friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns and apologized for the leak. I would most likely stay here again because of how peaceful it was.
