"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. "Communication with 3rd party management company was very frustrating. Through text messaging they continually stated our issues were resolved and they were not. Beds very uncomfortable and when we asked to lower temperature they refused and advised it was locked. It was very uncomfortable at night and we got little sleep. Bath tub leaked both times we used it even after someone was sent to fix. We ended up having to leave early. This was our first bad experience and we would not recommend this...

"Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful."
