"We got a nice upgrade to a supreme ocean view, which had an extra bathroom. The place was clean. It took a while to cool down, and even though we were on the fifth floor ants would come when we left anything on the counter. But it was well appointed. My kid loved the pool. "

"Our stay was perfect!! Front office was so friendly when we checked in and out. It was so close to everything—beautiful beach, good food, shops. The only down sides, both of which were out of our control, were that one of the parking lots was closed for construction which wasn’t an huge inconvenience. Also, our building was having some roof work done. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"Me pareció de muy buen gusto encontrar al dueño de la propiedad recibiendo clientes y entregando sus habitaciones. El lugar está muy bueno ya que cuenta con playa y con alberca. La habitación pequeña, pero muy funcional y con una cama muy cómoda. Lo que sí falla es el servicio de limpieza que no entra diario a la habitación a hacer su trabajo. No limpian los botes de basura, no cambian las toallas, no hacen las camas. Entonces esto lo convierte en un apartamento o un Airbnb. Espero que no se les...

"This hotel has a beautiful area overlooking the beach which is perfect for morning coffee or your take-out dinner. The room was clean, cute with a comfortable bed. The ceiling fan was not adequate and the room temperature was not as cool as the remote indicated. I opened the windows when there was a cool breeze and that was really nice. I enjoyed morning coffee from the common room upstairs. The amenity fee should have been adjusted since an ice machine was not working during my stay."

"The Sands was just what we were looking for with easy beach access; however, the poolside spas were out of order for our entire stay, and we could not use our main shower on the last night/day of the trip due to a leak."

"The place is clean and we like the Mai Tai Party. Not accessible for people with mobility abilities. My wife uses a cane and she had difficulty going up and down the stairs to and from the suite. Otherwise everything was excellent."
