"We had room in the new section of hotel and were very clean and nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great being next to the train up to Zermatt. We would gladly stay here again. "

"The apartment and amenities are very nice and the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is unforgettable. We have to do the check in at another location and walk a bit with our suit cases to the building, and this was unexpected. The staff at the check in location was OK. The location is at a walking distance from the train station and commerce, which is a plus. The city of Zermatt is beautiful and cozy."
