The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing and the afternoon tea was just what we needed after a day out. Will definitely stay again. We highly recommend it. Oh and did I mention it's close to the train station and they offer pick up service.

Lovely hotel right at the beginning of Zermat main avenue. Near the train station and walkable to all restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and clean with a spectacular view of the alps. Will definitely stay there agin.

Room is nice & clean. Bed is comfortable and the balcony is amazing. Close to the train station so it is very convenient. Also close to shopping & restaurants. Staffs are friendly and they even prepared a packed breakfast when we told them that we are checking out early. Overall great experience with Hotel Butterly and will definitely come back.

Really central place! Very close to stations. Nice staff that listened to us when there were restaurations done mid day just above our room they stopped it for the day just for us. We really appreciated it! Super nice rooms and wonderful balconies!

The staff was extremely helpful. They gave great suggestions for our very brief visit. The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough. But the staff again was very accommodating to our needs, so this really isn't a complaint. It's just a comment.
