"We knew there was work being carried out in the hotel Scaffolding outside not an issue to us. Room was clean no issues at all. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Best bit was the buffet style breakfast couldn’t fault it at all. We booked for 1 night good location for everything. Will definitely return."
"very helpfull and polite staff even though they work long hours they always had a smile.
Property does need updating and is being refurbished ,my room was very clean as off the hotel its self.
Breakfast plentiful which was a buffet.
help yourself self to hot food or a selection of cold food .
Parking there's parking out front but its very limited ,there is a carpark in town behind weatherspoons which is payable."
"Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable."
"Property was conveniently located. However some item needed repair although they could be used. Example: the shower leaked water which wasted water. The TV didn’t have a video signal although that may have need due to storms. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and neat."
"We bought a supreme room with a sea view
Very outdated furniture, blood and urine Staines on a mattress. Urine Staines on the mattress protector dirty pillars with sweat marks and Staines bathroom floor dirty bathroom curtain minging
I spoke to the owner he refused to give us a refund. Or a discount?
The bar was not open, there was no security in the property upstairs room. Smells of someone smoking weed outside facilities on the grounds filthy overgrown wheat he cuts a cigarette button

"Room was amazing felt like we had the best view in Llandudno. Had everything you would need in the rooms. Very clean, Staff were also very lovely.
We had a full English breakfast in the morning and there was a coffee machine and other breakfasts to chose from.
We will definitely visit again and 100% recommend this hotel."
"Although we left early this was for personal reasons and nothing regarding the accommodation or the hotel staff all was excellent and a pleasant approach would certainly go again"
"We had a lovely stay. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up, the location was perfect to walk into town, after an amazing breakfast that set you up for the day, staff were attentive so nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return."
