"Stayed at the Bells hotel for business trip. Lovely place and views. Walking distance to village of Coleford. Nice clubhouse where you could get drink food and drinks. Nice little gym in hotel but had to pay £5 a day per person . Would stay again , nice and clean although bathroom was a bit rough and no air conditioning in room."

Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no.

"Quaint hotel in Ross on Wye. Located on the Main Street with a small car park available. Rustic feel to the place, wonky stairs (although there is an alternative flight)! Room was well equipped with modern amenities and bathroom. Breakfast cooked to order with lighter options available. Good selection of beer on draught. I’d happily stay here again if in the area."

We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. On arrival, we were greeted by a sign saying the hotel was under refurbishment and there was no air conditioning. "Property was well located and breakfast was good, unfortunately they charged for a z-bed for a 3 year old on arrival although I had paid for 3 people."
"I was a single traveller, made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but adequate for a single person. En-suite was spacious. Mattress was a little firm for my liking. Fantastic location.
