"Das Hotel The Editory Garden Carmo Funchal hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Söhnen (8 und 5 Jahre alt) dort. Sie haben den Pool auf dem Dach genossen. Manchmal waren nicht genügend Handtücher für den Pool vorhanden."

1. O buffet, não sendo mau, antes pelo contrário, houve momentos que podia ter sido melhor;
2. A falta de ar condicionado nos quartos, tendo noção do custo que isso acarretará, era uma vantagem;
3. Um mini-frigorifico no quarto era muito positivo, ter água fresca em diferentes momentos quando se está de férias num sítio quente seria muito bom;
4. Aquela rampa da estrada até à receção é muito íngreme,...
"Our room was not as pictured. Bathroom old & had shower curtains. AC is loud. Toilet flusher would stick & water would continue to flow. Patio door broke so it wouldn’t seal properly. Nobody around to fix it. Without it sealing you can hear the traffic.
Pool closes at 8 pm & it shows a bar but no one to serve. Breakfast was very decent. Lobby was clean."
"Le personnel est très gentil mais ne parle pas la langue locale, que l'anglais c'est dommage car du coup la communication est difficile.
La chambre est plus ou moins propre, les serviettes de toilette on des taches, le fond de la baignoire est salle, les toilettes se décolle du mur, les pièges pour les cafards sont apparents, il y a de la rouille sur certain accessoire. De plus les tapis du sol se décolle du coup on risque de se faire mal, il y a des retouche peinture mais pas de la même...
"Room was wayyyyy too hot (30+ degrees inside) and no way to really cool. Outside was loud and the walls did not block noise at all. The hotel did not offer anything like earplugs or something.
Breakfast was of low quality.
Only good point is the relative late check out of 12;00."
"Es gab jeden Abend Live Unterhaltung an der Terrace Bar. Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet und ich war positiv überrascht. Neben leckeren Snacks kann gibt es auch jeden Abend einen Drink des Tages. Kann ich von Anfang an Empfehlen dort hin zu gehen."
"Worst 2 nights of sleep we have had whilst travelling in a long long time. No aircon or proper fan, alongside a lack of draft into the room, basically means the room was a complete sweatbox despite it being quite cool outside at night. Other guests had similar issues.
Breakfast also very poor, given it was 140 euros per night, not acceptable.
They do have a very good restaurant though, that we ate at both evenings."
"Zimmer war okay. Keine Klimaanlage und die Schiebetür auf den Balkon konnte nicht geschlossen werden da die Verriegelung ausgebrochen ist. Würde trotzdem wieder kommen."
"Very central with good services at hand. Friendly Staff. Very clean. A studio with a complete kitchenette that offers a nice comfortable stay close to all amenities. 5 minutes from the shopping centre. Take a bottle of tea tree oil for any unespected odours from the toilet because it hasn’t got an extractor fan. Apart from that it’s perfect. And it’s very good value for money."
