"Property (No9) was good and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. However We were told there were only 5 small steps, but the steps were not small, there were eight large ones in total. (If we had both been unable to get up steps we would have found it impossible to check in or both of us to use the spa facilities as the main building has multiple steps which we were not told about)."

"A lovely quiet site ( June) with a really good restaurant and bar which we used twice during our visit. The food was excellent in the evening. The Falcon Lodge was spacious and mostly clean. The pool is a lovely bonus even if it is quite small and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were also used. "We arrived after an 80 mile bike ride and were eager to get a shower and a good meal. The team were expecting us and had the key ready; check-in was very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being very busy (Saturday 8pm) our meals came without delay and were hot, hearty and very tasty. Wouldnt think twice about staying again next time we're in the area."

"Borthwen b&b is a fantastic place to stay. Colin and Lisa were such kind and caring hosts and nothing was too much trouble. It was my partners birthday and they even put a birthday candle on his breakfast, he was thrilled to bits! The b&b was spotless, quiet and very comfortable, and the view from there is spectacular. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had and they were able to provide me a vegetarian option which was much appreciated....
