"Staff was helpful and beautiful hotel and had an amazing view of Florence from our bedroom window"

"Great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. It doesn’t look like they have done anything to upgrade it since around 1970. For the price I expected a lot more!"

"As a boutique hotel, it is excellent, cozy and staff are very warm"

Good AC. Breakfast included was a nice bonus and it had a large selection of virtually all breakfast food. Hotel was quiet but street noisy. They have a place to store luggage. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe."

"The room was small but clean and well appointed. In an excellent location close the Duomo and a 10 minute walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel."
