"Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Check in staff were really friendly and efficient. Great breakfast and lovely bar area too. Our room was lovely, overlooking the river. It was warm and with no air con the room was a little hot, but they had a fan and we asked for the window restrictor to be removed which helped a lot! Great location, less than 10 minutes walk in to the centre of Chester. Great stay and would stay again 😊"

"Very comfortable room with everything you’d need. The room doesn’t have a fridge. Really lovely shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with any queries. Car parking is a bit frustrating I’m disabled and they were quite far away or if you could get a space the car needs to be moved quite early."

"We were coming off the train and it was the closest hotel very convenient very easy. We were room only so can’t tell you about the breakfast but the price was amazing. We ended up getting two sweets which was perfect. Newly refurbished."

"We were greeted at reception by very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were adequate size for twin beds. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was very well laid out & lots of choice for cold and hot dishes. All the food and juices were fresh and very tasty. The staff were very efficent at providing any extras and there was lots of space. It allowed for a very leisurely relaxed atmosphere.
