"My room was sold when o got there after a long drive I had to move to a sister property by the convention center. However it was nicer than the Union Station property. The pool area smelled like dirty diapers as did the bathroom in our room. The door in our room needed replaced. It looked like it had severe water damage. Carpets were stained. And no outlets for plugging in iPhone cords. You must bring a block to power your iPhone. "

"The food was great, the staff was nice. We felt great the whole time we were there. The hotel is undergoing repairs and updating parts, so it was under construction, but glad to see improvements are being made. Our room furnace broke and we were getting heat only in there, it was hot. Then we were moved to another room for a night while they fixed. When they fixed, it was cold only, and the room was freezing, but it was the last room available in the hotel. The pool was extremely cold, which is unfortunate for a small area. Kids were using it as a cold plunge. We really loved the hotel and how historic it was. We will be trying this hotel again because it deserves another chance. "
