"Don’t expect leisure access."

"Lovely quiet location, miles from town. Original coach house. Popular with the locals. Breakfast was good. Easy in and out. No delays."

"Check in was easy and efficient. The room was all that could be expected, plus a few extras. A jar of a variety shortbread biscuits was a surprise along with an extremely varied options for hot drinks, i.e. Horlicks. A bowl of fruit was also an unexpected delight. "A very warm welcome from our host Margaret. Issues with messages through Expedia led to not getting an updating message from her. Frustrating for her and us. Good location. Clean and comfortable. Helpful suggestions made for eateries and places to visit. Will be staying again as it matched our requirements perfectly."
