"Not so good: Breakfast is the exact same every day & has been for many yrs. Corners of bathroom floor & top of baseboards very dirty. Dead plants on either side of front entry. Every picture frame is covered in dust. Good: Comfy beds & bedding Clean bathtub & sink Clean kitchen area Lots of parking Grocery store across the parking lot Close to downtown area"

"The pool was out of order for the entire week! And the pool was a main reason we booked this hotel and I believe that should have been properly communicated before we booked. The room smelled musty, the furniture was chipped, ceiling water stained, there was mold on the frames in the bathroom and ripped carpets. Ice machine out of order. No direct access to the room they gave us. Garbage on the property and weird dirty windows. I have lots of photo proof. I would like a refund."

"It’s a beautiful location but the facilities have not been well maintained over the years. The indoor and outdoor pool were not working. The common areas were somewhat old and dated and needed either a clean or a fresh coat of paint. Our room was in the newer building and was nice but was not cleaned daily. I got the impression that they were really understaffed. One gentlemen who work there was part of the maintenance crew as well as the evening entertainment! He was fantastic. However,...
