"We had a very comfortable stay at hotel Paris! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Vittorio! He was exceptional friendly, professional, and kind. This hotel was near all of the places we wanted to go to making it very convenient whenever we wanted to walk back to the hotel and take a break. It is very simple, there are no big amenities like a pool or a spa, simply a nice place to rest as you spend your day in Florence."

"The room was super dirty (blood on sheets, pubs and outdoor debris like branches). When we went and advised the reception, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me it is what it is. Horrible experience."

"There were cockroaches in the hotel room. This place needs a major upgrade. It probably doesn't help that the hotel is next to a restaurant. Location is amazing. Staff were nice. Air conditioning was next to none and the cockroaches must go!!"
