"We really like staying at this property. The staff is always accommodating and we like the amenities. However, the amount of preteen and teenage children allowed to wonder the property unsupervised is getting ridiculous. The last two visits were not as enjoyable. The staff tries hard to control them but the parents and coaches need to do better. "Nice place to stay for a couple of days"

"the property was not at all prepared for the large crowd on Memorial day Sunday evening. The evening "Kick-Back" was not staffed, dishes were overflowing on tables, tables were not being cleaned, etc. We saw one staff person get off the elevator. There lots of noise from kids running through the lobby area until 9:00pm or later. The manager at the Blue Springs/Independence Drury, where I am a frequent guest, would not have tolerated what took place in Overland Park Sunday night."

Rude staff (the curly brunette that repeatedly tried to enter my room inadvertently because of incorrect information from the front desk, impossible booking complications, and filthy floors as others have noted. Did I tell you they couldn’t even pull up my resi? I could go on. Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience."

"absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City."
