"The best hotel I’ve ever stay! I walked in and it felt directly out of a magazine! SO beautiful. Plus an amazing coffee shop and restaurant across the street. Can’t wait to come back to Kansas City and stay again. "

10/10 Excellent
"Loved staying here! Valet was amazing and the rooms were so nice. "
"Room was nice and clean. Pool is in two parts a deep pool and the a shallow pool for the kids. Breakfast had a good selection and staff was always polite. "
"The decor was incredible. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the first floor (1A) and there were people staying directly above us. We heard every time they walked, flushed, talked and coughed. In the morning, they then came to the coffee bar which was directly across from us and we heard every cup they made, and their conversations for 45 minutes until they moved out to the porch. We got 3 hours of sleep and left by 8:30a as there is no sound barrier at all in that room. Very uncomfortable evening and morning. It’s a gorgeous home/hotel, though. I suppose if you stay upstairs you wouldn’t have the same issues we had."
