"The staff and the hospitality at the hotel is unbelievable.Every single staff members greeted us with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond to help us. The hotel is right off the highway so unfortunately, except for Saturday and Sunday, you can hear the trucks passing by. It is a bit far from Jim Thorpe and there isn’t much going on around the actual hotel. Breakfast is included and coffee is available 24/7 which is great if you want a cup before you go to bed or you just want to sit...
