"Overall we had a pleasant stay. Room was clean & tidy & everything worked ok ( tv, lights, shower) Room & hotel generally looking a little “tired” A fresh coat of paint, repairing cracked tiles on bathroom floor, repairing sink where the internal covering has come away making the sink appear dirty (it wasn’t) Replace/refurb carpet in hotel room. We have stayed a few times at the Orida and most rooms appear as “tired “ as our last one. No complaints regarding staff, food, cleanliness etc which...

"Everything in the hotel is very beautiful, friendly staff , good breakfast and the rooms are very cleaned. Best part the hotel is located next to the tube, so transportation is very easy! "

"The hotel is very nice. I do recommend them. However, when I first checked in the man behind the desk was gonna put me in with one bed, which I had paid for two and as it turned out, they gave me a room that was smaller than the one I paid for and only had one double one twin so basically they got the better because they got more money from me but all in all it was OK But I will not go back"

"Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpfull. Family room small but adequate and it was well maintained. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and was good. There was no parking at this hotel but was provided with parking just round the corner at their sister hotel. On the whole a nice hotel that I would definitely stay at again if in the area. "

"I wanted to find a hotel with a car park close to station for London. This hotel fitted perfectly. The young lady at reception was wonderful, taking account of my poor hearing. She took me out into the street to explain the 5 minute walk to Ilford Elizabeth Line station. Personally, I had no complaints with this hotel. I should add though that my partner found the other residents were noisy during the night. Sometimes having poor hearing is a blessing. I do recommend the Britannia Hotel."

"The hotel is great. Perfect location to visit Stratford and London Stadium. The only negative is that the beds aren’t overly comfortable and you seem to only get one pillow. I slept on my duvet as it was large enough to be folded and cover me too"

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the lady on the check-in desk on Saturday afternoon. The room lights were either all on or all off, so we were not able to have a subdued lighting. "
